Abstract

Data Requirement Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the BPS-Statistics to identify statistical data needs and the level of customer satisfaction with data and services of BPS-Statistics. SKD has been carried out since 2005. Respondents in SKD 2021 are consumers who receive services from PST unit in BPS-Statistics by face to face or come directly to the PST in BPS-Statistics and without face to face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, letters, websites, and online statistical services. In general, the aim of implementing SKD 2021 is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers as a supporter of improving the quality of statistical data and information. The SKD result are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data requirements, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. this analysis is complemented by the presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The scope of the Analysis for The Survey Results of Data Requirement of BPS-Statistics of Natuna Regency 2021is PST in BPS-Statistics of Natuna Regency.
